Transcripts

I was recently accepted into CSULB and on the day that my school shut down for COVID, I went to admissions to send my transcripts and documents. However, I haven’t gotten any confirmation from my school they sent the transcripts successfully and cannot get ahold of admissions since the office is closed. It is now past the deadline to turn in transcripts to CSULB and I’m scared they might rescind my acceptance. Are transcripts important enough to take away my acceptance?

I would also like to add that they sent me the email to send my transcripts on March 9th, and the deadline was March 13th. My school closed down on March 12th, and I had midterms that week along with dealing with work schedules.

You can pay to send them online if it’s college transcripts. Reach out to admissions, I think this is fairly common at the moment. Good luck,

oh my gosh something similar happened to me!

I sent my transcripts on time and they received them but my AP scores are up in the air. I sent them WEEKS AGO and nothing. I’m not blaming CSULB, I think it’s the college board. I’ve called both ends, and college board told me they should receive them by friday the 13th (which has passed), they made up a long excuse about it and said that each university will take a long time to process it, but they couldn’t even tell me if the scores had reached the college?

anyways. i called long beach and explained the situation and they couldn’t have cared less (which is to be expected with such a large population) however, the woman on the phone told me there was nothing she could do to help and that they most likely will withdraw my application

that above situation was at least 3/4 weeks ago. it has not been resolved. I’ve sent rush scores from the college board a while ago and those have failed too. maybe it is CSULB? im not sure but im in the same boat.

I’ve sent my college transfer transcripts back on February 13th and called them a week later to make sure they got everything from me on file and they confirmed with me that they do, so just call admissions office present the ID they gave you and your full name and they’ll confirm with you.
