<p>When applying to USC the freshman transcript request form says "We require your high school transcripts. Use this form to have your school send us your final records".</p>
<p>What if I'm still in high school and don't have final records? lol Is this form for transfer students or do I need to send in a transcript to usc?</p>
<p>Most schools send out a final transcript after you graduate. You have to send in your transcript with your seventh semester grades, if possible. How else are they gonna know what you've done?</p>
<p>I'm assuming you are a senior in high school and you are applying now for Fall 2009. </p>
<p>Admissions wants to see your grades so far so send them now. You will also probably get a request for mid-term grades so you will send a report card or transcript again at that time also.</p>
