I paid my school registrar to mail my final transcript to UCSD at the end of the school year (June). But currently on the admittance checklist for my tritonlink account there isn't a check mark next to the transcript section and the deadline (July 15th) is approaching soon.

Do you guys think it'll help to call the admissions office to check if they received it or not?
Or do you think admissions is just behind with the work and I should give it a few more days?

Most likely they’re just behind on papers. Keep in mind they’re receiving thousands and thousands of transcripts per day, and it is a holiday weekend.

I remember my check mark literally didn’t show up until like July 14 or 15. Just wait it out, it will be fine if you had your school send it :)

I’m in the same boat. I submitted my request to the school counselor with my $3 “processing fee” and stamped envelope addressed to UCSD in early June. All they have to do is stuff my transcript in the envelope. As of today, it still does not show up under transcripts received. Yes, I agree, very unnerving.

i don’t worry abou UCSD uploadin it late because whenever i call them about these issues they actually go onto my account and assures me that they are not just updated.

what i actually worry about is my high school sending it or not. what if they made a mistake and didn’t send it on time? I requested it but i literally didn’t see them sending it. I asked them also if they sent transcripts yet, and they were just blunt and uncaring about it by saying “don’t worry about it” my school is notorious for messing up senior orders. have you guys had an experience where UCSD didnt recieve a file that you know for sure you did it but ur high school messed up?

before this happens, i should visit my school and ask them to confirm mine? i feel so annoying for the office ladies :(

Oh thank goodness I’m not the only one! I also had my high school send my transcript. I ordered it the first week of June and my UCSD checklist still says it hasn’t been received.

i went to my school and asked them for my transcript. I sent it on my own cause i couldn’t trust them. My high school said they sent it on june 30th and it’s already july 6th! so i couldn’t trust it.

My school sent it on June 30th and the box hasn’t been checked yet, I’m assuming they’re just taking a while processing all their mail. I won’t worry for a few more days.

Tritonlink finally reads that they received my transcript… today’s July 20th and they said they received it on the July 7th… so I guess my transcript was sitting in one of those white USPS plastic bins the entire time.

I guess those who haven’t have their tritonlink say that are in the same boat…

My son’s transcripts were all finally received, posted and validated today July 20! He actually ordered some of his after the first of July-CC classes he took during HS-so UCSD must be getting caught up with their paper piles.

I sent it back in June, but it said they received my transcript on the 16th. (and it’s not validated yet, of course). But the deadline was the 15th. This won’t cause any problems, since they were just behind in mail, right?

did you have any other transcripts like for college classes taken in high school? If not just give them a day or two to validate the transcript.

i took ib courses… and unfortunately didn’t get my diploma…
does this mean that i could get revoked?
the myapplication page has said that my transcripts were received for a week or so now, but still no check in the “Validated” box.
UCSD would let me know right away if they revoked me right?
