This morning I received an e-mail regarding my updated MyAid account. I haven't received anything in the mail yet, and my MyPaw has not yet been changed either.

Is that any early indication of acceptance, or does everyone-accepted or not-get updated MyAid accounts?

I just called the admissions office and they said they mailed out my decision today; the admission status on MyPAW should be updated three days after they mail out the actual letter… AND THE WAITING CONTINUES T_T

I found out about my acceptance on Friday at like 2 am when I logged onto my MyAid account. Everything on my portal changed and updated to “accepted” and my homepage says “Congratulations on your acceptance to Loyola Marymount University…”, but I still haven’t received my letter in the mail, nor anything regarding financial aid.

My friend wants to transfer to LMU. I told him it was way too late to apply now. Isn’t this true? What if he is an athlete? Does that help? I thought it was too late and not fair since we all applied and waited forever!

Anyone else out there still waiting and status “currently under review”? I was told late last week a decision coming very soon…the wait continues…

Also still waiting with “Currently Under Review.” I live about 40 minutes away and read that your online status changes 3 days after they send out a letter, so I’m expecting mail first, I guess. Hope we all get good news soon!

I just called the admissions office and they said they had made a decision (but obvi couldn’t release it over the phone) and that there was an error that nothing had changed on my myPAW, so if you still haven’t gotten an answer, you may want to call and check out what’s going on.

So is MyPaw supposed to be updated 3 days after they mail out ones decision? Or at the same time? I may have to call tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up.

@backtosocal My MyPaw changed to “admitted” last Thursday, and here it is a week later and I still haven’t received my acceptance letter in the mail. I wrote them an email a few days ago asking when I would get it in the mail, and the director of admission e-mailed me congratulating me and stating that he had just signed my admissions letter to be sent out. So I wouldn’t rely so much on the “3 days after” method.
