Transfer admission chances?

Hi I'm looking to transfer to UW next fall. I'm only a freshman right now so I don't have a college GPA yet, but I'm thinking it'll be somewhere around 3.5 or higher. My high school stats are:
GPA: 3.98 (unweighted)
SAT: 2120
ACT: 31
9 APs including Bio, Physics, US History, Environmental Science, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Chemistry, Psychology, and Microeconomics/Macroeconomics. (Passing scores on all tests)
I did a bunch of extracurriculars in HS such as varsity track and cross country, club soccer, club rugby, tutoring, honor society, link crew, and other volunteer work.
I've also been doing a lot of volunteer work here also since coming.

I did apply to UW for freshman admission last year and got in, and I'm in-state.

I'm transferring from Pepperdine, and I'm wondering if where you transfer from makes a difference? Am I at a disadvantage transferring from here?

So yeah, what are my chances of getting in and any tips on what to do to make sure I can get in next fall?

As long as you don’t bomb you college course, you will get in for sure I think. Just curious, is there any reason that you want to transfer back to UW?

Being at a small school is what I thought I wanted but in the end I don’t like it that much, and my school is really isolated so it’s hard to find stuff to do other than going to the beach every day haha. I dunno it’s mostly that I just don’t really like it here - the atmosphere and the people and stuff. And I’ve lived near Seattle my whole life so I know that I like it decently enough there.
