<p>Hey guys, I'm a French student majoring in PR in an International/American school in France. I'd like to transfer to Penn State at the end of my sophomore year.
Problem is, i found this on their website : " Advertising & Public Relations (AD PR) (Start at any Campus and Finish: University Park):
No transfer admission to Advertising/Public Relations at University Park or Commonwealth Campuses. "</p>
<p>Does anyone know anything about this ? Is there no way I can transfer to Penn State ? </p>
