<p>^ Have you checked the “My Documents” section? Usually it’ll say what is received and what is still missing that they need. If everything you sent in is received, then I would give them a call to clarify.</p>

<p>Hey everyone, well the results finally came in today. I did not get accepted. I’m sad about it, but also content. I’m going to study film at UCSB. I wish you guys the best of luck! My status changed on webadvisor to “Decision Mailed” on May 3rd. I got my letter today (May 9th), and I live in Orange, Ca. So my guess is that even though your status changes, it’s likely that it still takes a few days before they actually mail it out. Hope this helped some of you that are still waiting.</p>
<p>I went ahead and did ask them about what that meant on my webadvisor…but that’s all cleared up now. Now my portal shows as “decision pending”…the wait begins.</p>

<p>Transfering in as a junior (around 78 units, not that you need that many)
GPA: 3.81
completed the honors program and was in PTK (probably didn’t help me at all/not necessary)</p>
<p>I hear that as long as you have a competitive GPA, the decision is made based on the Video, so make it good/different from what they are used to seeing. Here was mine:</p>

<p>Also they look at the promps etc.</p>
<p>As far as transfers they told me the acceptance rate is 4% or 1-3 students a year and that in the next few years they will switch over to not accepting any for the production major. </p>
<p>Creative producing should be easier (you could also list it as your second choice major) for if you don’t get into production.</p>
