Transfer Advice?

Hi I'm an incoming freshman at UCSD and I'm looking to transfer hopefully sophomore year but if I can transfer to a better school junior year...I can wait.

Stats:

HS GPA: 3.6 w. (I slacked off...)
SAT: 1530/2130
SATII's: 790,720,700,700
EC: 2 summer internships and some clubs

This summer I took Calc and Econ and got A's
If I maintained a GPA of 3.8+, what schools do I have a chance to transfer to?

Hopefully...
Penn
Georgetown
Northwestern

Also I took a practice LSAT and got a 170, if I took the LSAT and get a similar score, will this help me in transferring? I know its a bit early to take it, but if it helped me in transferring I would take it without hesitation.

And some advice in choosing a major would be appreciated...
I'm debating between Classics, Econ, and East Asian Studies (Chinese)
I'm really interested in Classics but I'm kinda worried since it's probably one of the most impractical majors one can study.
I don't have a passion for Econ but I'm interested in it. I want to study corporate law later on and I think a background in Econ will help me.
And I'm already fluent in Korean so I think learning to speak Chinese will give me an advantage later on when I get a job. Also, I like ancient history (i.e. Classics major) so Chinese history seems pretty interesting to me.

I'm probably going to double major, what combination should I pick?
I'm leaning towards Classics and Econ, because I heard that even though I become fluent in Chinese, they would pick a Chinese person instead if they needed someone who spoke the language.

thanks

advice please?

bump…?
