<li><p>You might want to ask on the Intl. Students forum or another discussion board (95% of CC is about US colleges). I’ve never seen anyone on this forum discuss transferring from one Intl. school to another.</p></li>
<li><p>You can transfer from an Intl. school to a US school after the first year, whether or not it is a ‘good’ one will depend on: a) your definition of ‘good’; and b) your HS record (gpa, rigor of coursework & test scores), college record and ECs/essays/LORs/etc.</p></li>
