Transfer after freshman year

Hi everyone!
I have just finished my freshman year at a regional private university with a 4.0 GPA and a full-tuition scholarship plus another scholarship to cover my health insurance, books and supplies. However, after my first year in college, I just feel like this school does not fit me and there are not many opportunities for internships (I can say my school is in the middle of nowhere), so I want to transfer to a more prestigious school with more internship and networking opportunities.
Major: Accounting/Finance
H/S GPA: I went to a high school out of the States so it is a lot different from U.S. scale but my HS GPA was 8.5/10
College GPA: 4.0
Currently have 31 credits. I am planning on taking 17 this fall semester and maybe 15 the semester after that.
I am not planning to retake the SAT cause I don't think I have enough time to study for it.
Rec: I got the highest grade in my econ class so I am pretty sure I can get a good one from my econ professor (and one from the Dean of Language & Letters College if I have to submit 2).
ECs:- Student ambassador
- Admissions office assistant
- Student service activities manager
Btw, I am an international student so I am looking for private universities with generous financial aid policy for int'l students because I can't afford to study here without scholarship or financial aid. I have done some research and here are some schools that I came up with: Brandeis, University of Richmond, Texas Christian University, Southern Methodist University, BYU.
I want to apply for spring 2013 or fall 2013 (if I am not admitted to any schools during the spring -.-)
Do you guys have any suggestions for me about the list of schools or anything else I can do to raise my chance of being admitted with aid/scholarships?
Thank you so much for your help!
