<p>In reguards to the to person who wants to transfer to duke.. sure if you have a 4.0 you are competitive.. the only problem is so is almost every other application out there.. its a mere crapshoot to duke, apply but don't expect much. There were 480 applicants and 28 were accepted.. Good luck Have Fun... oh yeah have backups too :D</p>

<p>I'm also applying to transfer to USC and NYU, so I can give you their transfer rates. They are:</p>
<p>USC: 26.61%</p>
<p>NYU: 31.78%</p>
<p>They are both really high!</p>
