I just dropped out of second year engineering at U of T but I want to transfer to Ryerson for engineering or switch into business. My marks are really low so I was wondering if I could just switch into first year engineering at Ryerson so I wouldn’t have to send in my transcript so I would have a better chance at getting in. If I have to send it in tho, would it hurt my chances on getting into the first year business program?thank u!
You cannot lie and say you never went to university. They would quickly find out anyway.
Contact the transfer admissions ofice, and set up an appointment. Bring your college transcript, your high school transcript, and your test scores. Be prepared to discuss what you have been up to since you dropped out of college, and your reasons for believing that a business major is right for you.
