<p>if you applied as an incoming freshmen the year before and don’t go to fsu and then apply to transfer as a sophomore you don’t have to pay a fee, they keep your application fee on file for I think two years. otherwise I believe there is a fee but I don’t know how much it is.</p>
<p>I just filled out the transfer application. If you pay online, the fee is $37, if you send a check or something it is only $30.</p>
