<p>What happens if you submit a transfer app a little bit later than the deadline? like the next day if it's due today, october 1st, and not by midnight tonight, but a few hours later than the midnight deadline? i procrastinated on a transfer app but i really want to transfer for spring 13' semester?!!!</p>
