Transfer Applicant: Additional Personal Statement?

<p>So I sent in my app on the 15th and now I'm working on my Yale app. While writing the essay for Yale I came to the conclusion that it is a lot better than the essays I wrote for Harvard. I noticed an "Additional Personal Statement" at the end of the Harvard Supp application and I want to send them this essay. I know it's long past the deadline, but they haven't filed any of my letters of recommendation or College Dean Report etc... I want to attach a letter asking if they could please file this at the end of my supplemental application (even though I know it might be held against me for being late). Do you think they will accept it?</p>

<p>P.S. I'm going to try for it anyways and send it off on Monday, but I know there are many people on here that would probably know if they'll accept it or not. So I thought I'd ask.</p>

<p>personally, i dont think its good idea to send an additional essay after the deadline. i think it will mainly annoy them. unless you have an important update (not an essay), i would say not to send any other stuff..</p>

<p>Hmmm...you really think it would annoy them? I mean they haven't finished filing the transfer apps yet...I don't know...you're probably right.</p>
