If I were to not do as well as I would have liked to this April, and were to want to transfer for my sophmore year, what test scores would they consider? Do they care about ACT/SAT as much for transfers? And do they have to be taken in high school? My question is asked because I think that I could have done better on the ACT, and I could retake it just in case. Would it have any effect if I were to transfer as a freshman in college?

Nobody ?

i'm sure the amount of weight given to sat/act scores will vary by school, but the schools i applied to said that test scores are most important for students that are in their first year of college. the longer you've been out of high school, the more extensive your college record will be... since test scores are supposedly used to predict college success, i would think that they would be less and less important compared to actual college grades.
