Transfer Application Confusion - Help!

Hi,
I just submitted my online transfer application to the University of Maryland - College Park. The site is not totally clear on the requirements for transfer students beyond this. Are we required to get two letters of recommendation? How can we check "documents received?" I know that there is a link but it just brings me to the application page and says that my app has been submitted but doesn't state whether my transcripts have gone through to them or not.

Any and all comments are appreciated.

¡Saludos!

Go to Undergrad admissions then over to the right is a log in (you’ll need your pin from the app) then you can check documents received

Yeah i am having a hard time understanding if it is mandatory or not because all it says is “you may”, so i’m in the same boat as you unfortunately -_-

Also, When and how will I be notified of the admissions decision? (college park)

I emailed admissions about recommedation and this is what they said:

"Letters of recommendation are optional for transfer applicants.

You may have someone write a letter on your behalf. Please make sure that they add your full name and birth date on the letter. They do not use the online recommendation process nor do they need to use the recommendation forms from our freshman application.

Letters may be mailed, emailed or faxed to our attention."
