transfer application question

<p>so i am applying to transfer to BU this fall, and judging by the thread over there everyone got their decisions about a month ago. a few weeks ago they emailed me to say that there was a problem with my application fee, which I believe was worked out (they were not very clear on that). however, i have heard nothing from them until yesterday, when they randomly emailed me saying my decision was in the mail and included a link to read it online but it didnt work. what should i make of this?</p>
