transfer between academies

See, happened again. I'm gonna hit the box-o'-wine (purely for it's anti-freeze properties) and check back in later. Z! Get up before you get a wicked rack(rug) burn! Nothing quite so attractive as lovely herringbone indentations on cheeks. Take care.

The grain of wood on the underside of this desk has such a lovely swirl pattern to it. It goes so well when contrasted against the popcorn ceiling.....

momof1- I picked up only the last dozen posts or so on this thread before I stuck my two cents in. I didn't realize the 150 thing was even previously mentioned....(and I still haven't looked back for it, and probably wont...only so much idle time in one day). Cheers...:)

and...I definitely can't type or think as fast as Z-man ;)

That's right!

<hic></hic>

Don't you forget it!

Now....... What were you saying?

Thank you Momof1.
and since I don't know what Dos Equis Amber is, I'll take chocolate. And finally as Dad2B ( I think) said, we will keep knocking at the USNA admissions door as he moves toward his decision.

cc3071a -- you're obviously a good sport -- to take in all the ramblings of this crazy but lovable board! Dos Equis is a nice Mexican beer -- one of the many similar such substances that Zaphod enjoys when not battling Confused23!!

Bass Pale Ale! Yum, yum!!!!! :D

"Battling"? Did you say, "Battling"?

More like "Spanking".

cc3071a - I am perplexed by your response as to the USNA admissions decision. Without a nomonation, hasn't the door been closed??????

One would think that, but my son's close friend, currently a third year at Annapolis was appointed without a nomination. I am not sure the details, perhaps they pulled a nomination from another state. I did find this info on Cornell's Law school website which explains the nomination breakdown. And another poster was correct, there is a percentage that can be appointed without.

And thanks for all the info on WestPoint's engineering programs, certainly not a decision makers but it is good to have clarification.

If the Academy wants you, they'll find you an appointment somewhere. There are ways to flex the rules.

Bass Pale Ale! Yum, yum!!!!!

"Battling"? Did you say, "Battling"?

More like "Spanking".

What was that Churchill said about the Naval Academy (actually it was the royal navy)? Do we think Zaph is taking it seriously?

Be silent, knave!

;)

Lmao .
