I have access to the payment thing too, but I don’t think it’s an indication of anything. There were people who could access it on previous threads (2015 transfers) and got rejected and accepted.
I also have access the payment page, but, as @confusedonhades said, one can see that none of these things determine if someone has gotten in “early” or not.
Every applicant has access to the payment page, I believe.

@greysanatomy3113 You’r welcome, but honestly thank you as well. I have found every comment helpful. I know there might not an easy way to find if we got in or not but it helps to I’m not alone in this journey. Good luck to everyone and hopefully we know the decisions this week.
im currently doing research w/ a prof at Brown (starting this semester) and got a rec letter from him. Will that help my admissions chances at all?
@ajdavis lol yeah obviously good letters of rec definitely boost an application
would it matter that its from a brown faculty though (versus somebody else)
@ajdavis yes?? like that’s kind of a silly question lmao. Brown would trust the judgement of their faculty more than than they would trust the word of a professor that they are not familiar with, at say, an out of state community college. Like yes obviously that connection helps lol.
Anyone think decisions will come out tomorrow or is that a little early for Brown?
@lbmoney sure, but the other perspective is that professors of courses you’ve taken are more heavily weighted since they’ve actually taught a class you’re in and had frequent interaction.
I guess based on the content of the letter either one could be “more valuable”.
@lbmoney by tomorrow do you mean monday or tuesday? (since its technically early AM). Last year they released on the 9th which was the tuesday of this week. so I think anything from tuesday on is fair game/ not too early to expect decisions
I think in past years they haven’t even emailed in advance.
When you all login what it does it say for you guys under the “Applicant and Student” link? Like what is the text underneath?
I have like a bunch of stuff : Registration, Student Account, Chemistry Placement Test…
