<p>Just out of curiosity, why do you dislike Penn’s IR? They’ve got a solid department. I guess location-wise DC and Baltimore are better for internships, but you can intern in DC over the summer. Obviously you have good chances for transfer. I’m really dumbstruck, though…</p>
