Transfer Chance?/Best time to apply?

I'm currently in an out of state school, but I'm a Florida resident. The formatting of this thread will be a little awkward, but any suggestions on improvements will be taken. Also I'm a biochemistry major at my current university and I'm trying to fill up the premed requirements.

I have 28 credits from AP/IB, and I'm taking 15 hours this semester and 17 next semester.

The AP/IB Credits are:
4 AP English Lang & Comp
4 AP US History
4 IB Spanish SL
4 IB English HL
4 IB History HL (Europe)
4 IB Psych SL
5 IB Math SL

I understand that I will probably get slightly less than 28 credits at UF.

This semester I'm taking
4 Hours Calc 1
3 Hours Chem 1
1 Hour Chem Lab
3 Hours American Govt
3 Hours Intro to Cinema

Midterm GPA: 4.0 Predicted Final: 4.0

Next Semester:
4 Hours Calc 2
3 Hours Chem 2
1 Hour Chem 2 Lab
3 Hours American Public Policy
1 Hour Personal Fitness and Welness
5 Hours RECOMMEND SOMETHING HERE PLEASE***

Predicted Final: 3.705 - 4.0
Predicted Cumulative: 3.843 - 4.0

I'm a biochemistry major at my current university, but I'd be willing to apply as an major in the school of liberal arts and sciences.

I don't think the SAT is a factor, but I had R730/M680/W580.

I also have the highest tier of Bright Futures for the next two or three years if I go to a school in Florida.

Do I have any real chance of getting accepted as a transfer? If so which term should I apply for? I was thinking a summer term would help catch up on any reqs I'm missing. Also would I need to take Spanish?

I think so for sure. Don’t take what I say with much weight, I’m more of a freshman admissions expert, but I totally think you’ve got a great chance.

It sorta stinks that there’s the whole “priority for community college students” thing, buttt yeah lol…

Yes, the formatting of this thread will be a little awkward but before I can honestly answer your question, Are you a transfer student, a freshman applicant and/or have you applied yet ?
Just some general responses-
University Of Florida will not accept a transfer without the applicant first obtaining or obtaining prior to start of class their AA /AS so if you are transferring from another college without your AA, you can’t.
If you a true freshman applicant, then your SAT will fall within the average range, but your GPA will hurt you.
Lastly, if you are a true freshman applicant and haven’t applied yet, then you have lost your opportunity.

I’m a first year college student, but I’ll have 60 credits at the end of next semester which makes me a junior.
