Major: Poli sci/governemnt

High School: Mixed bag. Very low GPA but this was over 10 years ago. However, several standardized test subject honors, and EC's. It's sort of like the Jekyll and Hyde of transcripts. Not a lot of gray areas there.

Standardized tests: Never took 'em. Every place I intend to apply has waived this requirement for people in my situation. Is there any indication that they would be worth it to take at this late moment in time?
