Near-term forecast of economic and financial conditions that affect monetary policy
Identification of risks that threaten the economic well-being of the country
Recommendation as to the action the Fed should take with regard to short-term interest rates

<p>if youre applying as a sophomore transfer, your HS gpa, which doesnt seem to average out very well, and your SATs will be weighted more, which may result in rejection. However, if youre waiting till next year to apply, your excellent college resume will put you very much in play.</p>
