transfer chance?

I've been visiting this forum for the past few months to help get through the craziness of applying, and since that's all done with it seems that waiting around is twice as horrendous >_<. So here I am, making an actual post.

From what I've read, people here can be very objective, informative, or mean. I would benefit from any kind of opinion.

Currently attending unremarkable midwest LAC, hoping to transfer to Cornell College, Grinnell, or Lewis and Clark College (1st choice). I'm really not happy here and chose what I thought were appropriate matches so as to heighten my chances of getting the hell out.

Profiley stuff:
-Female, Chicago
-1st generation college student
-Definitely going to need aid
-Asian/White
-Fall '09 sophomore year transfer

HS GPA: 3.1 UW, 4.1 W (I had no idea what I was doing in high school, sort of got my act together senior year).
ACT: 32 composite
AP:
-5 on Engish Language, English Literature, Psychology, US History.
-4 on Computer Science AB.
3 on Calculus AB, 3D Art.
HS Activities:
-Flute section leader in band and orchestra. Our school's music program was pretty bad, getting better now that I've left, of course. We didn't do much but perform a few times a year.
-Dance Dance Revolution Club President (kind of ridiculous but time consuming)
-Chess Team
-Japanese Club
-Taiko Drumming, including internships with couple notable groups
Honorish stuff:
-Won a couple awards for ceramics (city level)
-a couple solo contests (also city level)
-AP Scholar with Distinction (honor? can't remember, whichever is the one for 5 or more).
-No community service beyond what was required from school -_-.

College GPA: 3.4, realistically expecting something like 3.7-3.8 by the end of the term (we go by trimesters).
Tentatively majoring in computer science; music or japanese minor. Talked about these things and how my school doesn't have great facilities for any of them in my essays.
Activities:
-wind ensemble
-flute choir
-band
-Japanese club sort-of officer
-Democrats Club first-year officer
-video game club
-Spare time stuff includes hiking and outdoorsy things.
1 really great rec from a CS professor. The other may be iffy because none of the teachers here know me that well, so the only real option was my Japanese teacher who speaks English as a distant second language.

I would really appreciate any input. I feel sort of like the only normal person here, since none of my prospects are at all the $HYPS$ variety, so it's difficult to find much that's applicable to my situation . <_<

Thank you all lovely lovely CC people, for past and future guidance.
