Transfer chances/advice for UW and Nursing Program?

*HS Junior dual enrolled at community college
*Current HS GPA: 3.9
*Current college GPA: 3.65 but going up
*SAT: 1970
*Major: Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of Washington
*Ethnicity/Gender: Hispanic female
*Employment: 1 year at fast food 20+ hours a week, possibly soon to be assistant manager
*Volunteer work: In the approval process for volunteering at local hospital. Need at least 100 hours in hospital environment to be considered for my major.

My situation is a little different because I will graduate high school at 18 with a Direct Transfer Agreement Associates of Art and all of my nursing prerequisites done. The high school diploma won't be from my high school; rather, it will be from the CC and will have the code "GA" which means "graduated via associate's degree". This is because I won't be meeting the graduation requirements of WA public schools. I will have a high school diploma but won't walk with my class. Has anyone else done this and will it haunt me later on? I can't imagine it being much different from home schooling but I can't be too sure. I'm also not sure if I would have a better chance applying as a freshman or a transfer student.

Also if you could give me a general idea of strengths/weaknesses.
