<p>Hey, I'm currently a freshman at Penn State looking to transfer into Dartmouth. I have never applied before.</p>

<p>My First Semester College GPA: 3.8</p>

<p>High School GPA: 3.6
SATI: 700V 760M 730W
SATII: Math Iv: 740 Bio: 680</p>

<p>GREAT Teacher Recs. (Said I was always above my other peers)</p>

<p>Extracurriculars:
President - Model UN (lots of awards)
Numerous Essay contest awards
NHS</p>

<p>I would say very unlikely. I tried to transfer from Colgate to Dartmouth with a 3.7 GPA, basically same SAT (10 points higher in V) and top 1% hs class rank and was rejected. Dartmouth typically accepts less than 10% of transfer candidates. I did have a friend transfer from Wesleyan to Dartmouth with a 4.0 GPA and similar SAT, though. Give it a shot, but just don't get your hopes up.</p>
