Hi,

I'm a freshman at Ithaca College looking to transfer to Georgetown (SFS for political science) for the fall of 2012.

Stats:
College GPA: 3.8-3.9 range
Triple Legacy at GU
High School Crew team (4 years)
High School Spanish Club (now taking a third language at College [Italian]) and Science Club
High School Robotics Team
High School Choir (4 years)
College crew in the fall of 2011
Some community service, not much (about 25 hours, only)
High School GPA: 3.21 (out of one of the top public high schools in the country, but still low)
SAT:
-CR: 620 >low, I know
-Math: 560 >low, I know

I know my college GPA is about average for transfer students, but my SAT scores are relatively low. Georgetown is my first choice for next year, and I'm really hoping my triple legacy helps me out a little bit...

Thoughts about my chances? I appreciate it! Thank you!

*I'm also applying to GW, American, and NYU and I think I have pretty good chances of being accepted to those three schools.
