transfer chances at syracuse/Bowdoin/Cornell

Okay so ive posted a few things on here but this will be my last for a while, I promise! Ok so i completed my first year of community college with a 3.97. I am going to try to keep that same GPA for the next year and then apply to Bowdoin Syracuse and Cornell this spring (i will apply to a few others but these three schools are my top choices)

HS
2.2 gpa
1900 SAT
3 V Sports
Best Buddies Leader (For special needs kids)
Blood Drives
Community Service Awards

CC:
3.97 GPA
PTK member (officer)
Best Buddies Leader still
Homeless shelter volunteer
(what else should i do this year to make me more competitive--suggestions please)

Ok so if i get the same GPA as i did last year and then apply this March to both of these schools what are my chances?? Also, what is the easiest school to get into for both of these colleges.

Thanks guys this is my last post for a while until i hear back from these schools i would appreciate some good input thank you very very much

also i have a great essay about the passing of my father which quickly matured me, i hear that essays at top tier schools can be a difference maker if your stats have varied greatly from hs to college such as mine.

Bumppppppp
