Hi I’m a community college student and I’m going to apply to some schools next fall to transfer to. I wanted to post my stats and see what you guys think and if I’ll get accepted

I’m worried that my calculus grades will impact my acceptance lol …

Just from your GPA and course grades, Brown will be a huge reach school. Multiple C+ and a D on your college record does not look good. How are your high school stats and standardized testing?

With that being said, you can always apply and see what happens.

@dontskipthemouse what about Boston University or northeastern? My HS stats was even lower it was about 3.0 and 1400/1600 on the SAT but I’m not sending the SAT bc it’s not required

@shenaiya hard to say. Apply and see what happens but definitely apply to more schools and safeties. A 3.5 is a decent GPA overall, but the D and C+ might be barriers. If other aspects of your application are good, I think you have a chance.
