I’m currently a freshman at the University of Maryland College Park. I’m trying to transfer to UW-Madison in the fall. I
got a 3.8 first semester and will have 24 credits at the end of this semester. I got rejected applying to of high school but what are my chances now?

Your GPA bodes well, but it depends on more than that. Rec letters? ECs? Leadership positions? In state or OOS? High school stats? Hooks such as legacy, exceptional talent in certain areas (music, sports, dance, etc)?
