<p>Need more info on what you did in NYU. Are the opportunities at NYU not enough for you to accomplish your personal goals? Need a really strong reason for transfer.</p>

<p>UPenn is never a safety to anyone, even with a 4.0 from NYU. Even so, transfer admissions are most likely a reach for almost anyone attempting it at UPenn.</p>
