<p>I know this is irrelevant… but why would you want to transfer from Penn? It is one of my dream schools!</p>

<p>Trust me, if I could stay at Penn, I would… my dream school, too. Certain circumstances require me to transfer though, not related to Penn.</p>

<p>shame that you have to transfer, since Penn has a very strong IR program. I’d say that if you were able to get int Penn, your chances of getting into the other schools are very good</p>
