Transfer Chances OOS

I recently completed and submitted my transfer application for Fall 2013. I would appreciate feedback/input regarding my chances of getting accepted at Rutgers

Desired Campus: New Brunswick
School applied to: Engineering (Electrical/Comp)

Residency: Out of State.
Transferring from a two year College.
College GPA: 3.30
Credits Earned by the End of this semester: 39

HS: Foreign
I have a whole bunch of Extracurricular on my resume

My major concern is that I made a C on Calc 2. How badly would that hurt my chances?
I have made A's and B's otherwise.

You have a chance, although your GPA seems to be a bit lower than most applicants. The SOE is pretty competitive, they’re usually looking for a 3.5+ from what I’ve seen.

Can I ask for your SAT score? I want to apply to New Brunswick SOE too with a 3.5 GPA but I don’t think that’s going to be enough.

MadBroke, thanks for the feedback. I know it’s kind of steep to get into SOE with a 3.3. I can probably bring it up this semester but I think I’ll have a decision before that.

RedRoy, I had a 1840 on SAT 1 (forgot the breakdown) but they do not require SAT scores for transfer students with 24 credits or more. And i think, 3.5 gpa should get you in. Go for it.
