UF has a couple of “flavors” to Geography, all within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS).
Geography (BA/BS) : Complete GEO 2200 OR STA 2023 and 1 additional Geography Course. Must typically have a minimum 2.5 overall GPA to be competitive. Must typically have a minimum 2.5 GPA on all attempts of these courses to be competitive.
Geography (Environmental Geosciences/BA) : Complete GEO 2200, GEO 2200L, GLY 2010C and STA 2023. Must typically have a minimum 2.5 overall GPA to be competitive. Must typically have a minimum 2.5 GPA on all attempts of these courses to be competitive.

You shouldn’t have any issues transferring into UF, as long as you have a competitive GPA (which you do) and have completed your major courses. It helps if you completed your major courses on your first attempt. Your test scores (ACT/SAT) will not matter, and they may only need your HS transcripts to prove you have a met the proficiency requirement in a foreign language.
EDIT: UF also offers this major, online. Make sure you complete the federal FAFSA (UF may offer you need based aid).
