transfer chances please

<p>hi i'd like to transfer to UVA as a sophomore. I am from Texas, but i go to school in south carolina. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. thank you.</p>

<p>High school - private</p>

<p>GPA 2.8
SAT 1310/1600 or 2020/2400
took 4 APs passed all of them
football team 4 years
taught sunday school 3 years
had a job in the summer of 2005 and 2007
went to National Outdoor Leadership School summer 2006</p>

<p>College</p>

<p>GPA 3.51
in a fraternity</p>

<p>I don't do many chances, frankly I hate them. But I'll at least throw it out there that I doubt you have a chance, especially if you're only a current first year in college. If you're a second year, you have a chance if you have something besides a 3.5 and in a frat on your record. But your HS GPA is low for UVA, period, and your college GPA is low for OOS transfers (most have ~3.7-3.9 for OOS).</p>
