Transfer chances? (Sarah Lawrence, Bucknell, Hamilton, Villanova)

I'm currently a (rising) sophomore at a private, well-regarded university in central New York looking to transfer to either Sarah Lawrence or Hamilton, though I may also apply to Bucknell, Marist, or Villanova. I have a 3.75 GPA, and I'm hoping to bring it up to a 3.8 before I apply (my lowest grades have been two B+s). I'm in several extracurriculars/clubs and I am spending my summer doing some volunteer work.

I know high school records are generally secondary to college records as a transfer student, but if it helps: I had a 3.7 GPA at a college prep school, was in several clubs/honor society, and got a 26 on the ACTS (which is mediocre unfortunately)

I know personal essays and recs hold weight in the admissions process, but based off grades alone, where do I have a chance?
