*If you are affiliated with any of these colleges and/or know who I am, please just pretend like you didn't read this post. Easier said than done, right?

the dude must have serious connections because I have not ever heard of anyone working part time for an IB during a school year. Of course it is a boutique so it's not too far fetched.

Aside from your SAT score, which won't matter that much because you're 2nd year, your stats are pretty solid.

In my opinion, what it really comes down to is how good your recs are and how compelling your reasons for wanting to transfer to each school are.

From everything I've read/been told, compelling reasons for seeking transfer admission are, in almost all cases, required for acceptance as a transfer.

You did apply to a lot of schools, several of which will most likely accept under 50 transfer applicants, so if in each case you provided convincing reasons as to why that particular school is a better fit than your current institution, you've got a good shot. If, however, you didn't really give good, specific reasons, I really couldn't tell you what your chances are.

Also, your recs will be important. A 4.0 GPA is impressive, but needless to say far more impressive at some institutions than others. It's your letters of recommendation that will give the adcom an idea of the type of student you are.
