Transfer chances to Brown + Others from Emory

<p>I got a friend doing Econ at Emory. He wants to apply to some top business schools and other top schools (economics). </p>

<p>He has a 3.4 college GPA (don’t know if it matters but it is a rising trend with lowest grade being first semester of freshman year and raising since then) He has a 1410 SAT from the olden days and 700-750+ for 3 SAT II’s. He has great recs and 2 interns under his belt if you include this summer. </p>

<p>What are his chances at:</p>

<li>Cornell-CAS Econ</li>
<li>NYU- Stern </li>
<li>Uchicago Economics</li>
<li>Stanford Econ</li>
<li>Brown-Econ</li>

<p>I know this is the Brown board but if you could give opinions about the other schools then that would be great. If not, just focus on his chances at Brown :slight_smile: Thanks in advance for any help.</p>

<p>i dont know much about econ except that transfering to stanford econ would be close to impossible (or just impossible)</p>
