I was just wondering what my chances are as a sophomore transfer to Vanderbilt or Dartmouth</p>

<p>Vandy a decent shot. Dartmouth is going to be a big uphill battle, unless you have amazing ECs.</p>
<p>I do have alot of ECs. Do they take into account your grade within your major or overall GPA? also, is there a place to find the averages of transfer applicants?</p>
<p>From what I can find, Dartmouth takes roughly 10% of transfer applications, so yes, uphill battle to get in there...</p>

I think dartmouth maybe a reach, but definitely apply.</p>
<p>I am thinking of applying to xfer to dartmouth with a 3.88 1500 SAT OK EC's soph. transfer and I would call it a slight reach for me.</p>
