Transfer Chances to Sauder, UBC/ Carlson, UMN and Zicklin, Baruch College-CUNY

Hey, I'm an International student interested in transferring to Sauder in UBC. I'm currently taking the American Degree Transfer Program at a postsecondary school and want to know if I have a chance to get into Sauder. I'm interested in majoring in Accounting and International Business (IF) I am accepted. But I've been hearing different things so far about how difficult transfer to 2nd year Sauder is so I'm slightly hesitant.

I did IB in high school and got my IB Diploma in June 2013 with the following scores:
English A2 HL: 6
Mandarin B2 HL: 6
Music HL: 5
Business Management SL: 5
Environmental Systems and Societies SL: 6
Math SL: 6
Total: 35

TOEFL: 105
High School CGPA: 3.86/4.3
Current University CGPA: 3.78/4.0 Scale or 94.5% average (accomplished around 40-50 credits, unsure if they're all transferrable though)

I also have a few questions regarding the Personal Profile. I've chosen to include the following activities, but I am also thinking of switching a few of them with some others. So if you could help me choose, it would be a great help! :)

Tri-M Music Honors Society, Vice President
Scholars@Work Coordinator/Leader
Symphony and Strings Orchestra, Viola Section Leader, 7 years
Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) Leader for English and Calculus for Business, and Coordinator
IB Diploma (would this count as one?) <- will most likely change for one of the below ones

Others:
Intern at Mindcare Institute of Korea, 3 months
PAWS Animal Awareness Club, President, 3 years
KUMON Math Program Teacher
American Degree Program Student Ambassador, Ongoing (around 1 year)
National Honors Society

And for the additional section, can I mention a little on the reason for my major and some events that I've participated in have contributed to that?

I'm also interested in applying to the Carlson School of Management in University of Minnesota, Twin-Cities and the Zicklin School of Business in Baruch College of New York. I was accepted to UMN as a freshman in 2013 but I chose not to attend due to financial reasons so may I know what my chances for these two schools are?

Thanks!
