Transfer chances to the Ivies, Northwestern, UNC, UMichigan?

Hi guys, I was wondering if you could give my chances of getting into
Northwestern, UNC, UMichigan, Rice University, Vanderbilt University, UVA, Emory, (and other schools of similar caliber). and the Ivies too if you think I have a shot. I'd like to transfer to one of these schools, because my parents don't make enough money to help me out with my education (Expected FASFA contribution is $0) and I have had to take out about $9,000 to $10,000 in loans for my freshman and sophomore years at the University of Maine. The schools I'd like to transfer too are supposed to give full need based aid without loans to their students (according to FinAid.org), so if I could get in that would GREATLY reduce my debt after graduation. Plus there is going to be more opportunities for me at these other schools, so its worth a shot. Please let me know if you think I would get it or not. Id be looking to transfer to the school for the start of my junior year.

College Stats:
Sophomore
University of Maine (Orono)
Economics Major
4.0 GPA
-Presidential Scholar on the Dean’s List
-Analyst for the Consumer Goods and Technology Sectors in the Student Portfolio Investment Fund
-Work for the Economics department as a Student Administrative Aid
-Brother of Sigma Phi Epsilon
-Current Intern for the Maine Knowledge Transfer Alliance (A consulting business run out of the university)
-3 week summer internship at a local Real Estate and Property Management company in
my hometown called "Foxfire Property Management"
-Nominated for Membership in: The National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Alpha Lamda Delta Honor Society

High School Stats:
Overall Cumulative GPA: 89 out of 100 (My high school did not use the 4.0 scale)
SAT Score: 1500 out 2400 (I know its average)
-High School Sports: 4 seasons of Basketball with 2 Varsity Letters, 2 seasons of Football with 1 Letter, 1 season of spring track and field and I was a recipient of the New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association Scholar Athlete award for performance in school, sports and the community
-Boy scouts: Eagle Scout with a bronze palm
Member of the National Eagle Scout Association
-Martial Arts: Level One Black belt in Combined Kenpo
-Community Service: I supervised my eagle scout project at my church, and it took a total of 454 volunteer hours, 150 hours of my time
I volunteered in the NH Food drive once a year for 7 years.

Note, I meant $9,000 to $10,000 each year* so about $18,000 to $20,000 total so far. So Id be looking at about $35,000 to $40,000 plus interest in debt after I graduate if I stay at my current school. Itd be nice to cut that number down. I apply for outside scholarships too, a good number of them which is why I have gotten it down to $9,000 to $10,000 each year. There is only so many outside scholarships that I can spend my time applying too, when I am prioritizing my grades and extra-curriculars.
