Transfer Chances to Top Schools?

Hey, everyone. I'm currently a freshman at SUNY Binghamton, and I'd like to know my chances for Fall 2012 admission to some schools:

High school stats:
Graduated in the top 3% of my class with a 4.0
AP Scholar with Honor (my high school didn't have AP classes, so I self studied for the tests)
National Merit Commended Student
SAT: 800 Math, 760 CR, 800 Writing

SAT Subjects: (Not sure if I should send these because the schools said they weren't required.)
Chemistry: 800, Math 2: 800

College Stats : I'm a biochemistry major now, and I've taken intro bio, intro chemistry, intro philosophy, and a 300 level English course.

GPA: 4.0
EC's: The main thing that occupies my time is the High Hopes Crisis Intervention and Information Hotline. I took an extra three hours of class each week for eight weeks to train to become a crisis intervention counselor for the organization. We service the entire university as well as all of Broome County, and I counsel suicidal callers, victims of rape and domestic abuse, drug abusers, and basically anyone else who needs assistance.

I'm also a volunteer at a local hospital in the emergency room. Since freshman year of high school, I've accumulated over 400 volunteer hours.

Finally, I was chosen to give a TEDx presentation in March about education reform in front of an audience of 1200. Clarification: this is a TEDx independent event. I don't think I'll actually be on the website.

I'm applying to a few summer research programs outside of my school because the research opportunities at my school weren't as great as I expected. If I get into any of these, I'll follow up in my application.

I'm not sure how relevant my high school EC's will be, but they were pretty good (e.g. NFL Nationals debate, ToC debate). Assuming my professors don't secretly hate me, I think I'll get some excellent letters of recommendation: my English professor personally emailed me at the end of the course to tell me that an A was too low of a grade for me in her course, and my philosophy professor gave me one of two A's in the class (the other went to a senior philosophy major who hadn't taken intro philosophy. Go figure.)

Before anyone dismisses me as a troll, I'd like to offer my story: I went into college with a bit of a messiah complex: I didn't want my parents to take out loans for college, so I only considered the cheapest schools available. I got into some top schools, but I turned them down because of the prices. I'm incredibly unsatisfied here, though, as I've yet to be challenged, despite taking classes with average grades of low C's. The research opportunities aren't nearly as abundant as I expected.

That being said, I'm applying to the following schools for Fall 2012. I recognize most of them are extremely high reaches, but I figured it's worth a shot.

Harvard
Yale
Duke
Columbia
Dartmouth
Cornell
Stanford
MIT
Northwestern
Williams
Amherst
Penn

Thanks for taking the time to read my wall of text at any rate :)

Look, just apply.

Yea, you’re probably right. I guess it’s better to get rejected from all of them and have certainty than to not apply and wonder “What if…?”

Erm, maybe I should have elaborated.

You were admitted to a few of these schools before. You have nearly scored the highest grades possible. You have interesting extracurriculars. You are going to get great recommendations. What else can the admissions officer even ask of you? Being a minority or a son of a CEO helps, yeah, but you have no control over what you were born with. Basically, you are the ideal applicant. Your chances at Harvard, Stanford, and Yale are very low, but they are even lower for just about everyone else.

A few months from now, you will be happily going to one of the schools on your transfer list. Otherwise, in the unlikely case they all reject you, I give you permission to complain to me all you want through private messages.

Just make sure you actually want to go to Northwestern, Columbia, and the rest. Apply for name, but enroll for enjoyment.

I think your stats are great. Also I would definitely send the subject test scores too! Good luck!
