Transfer chances to UVA

I have been living all my life out of US.
Atm, im in Korea, at a prestigious university.
since im going 2 da US soon, im thinking of transferring to UVA.
im not quite sure wat my chances are though.
My GPA is around 3.66. However, its out of 4.3, i dunt no whether US uses a scale of 4.0 or 4.3.

My sat score is around 1900...ish. i onli had a few weeks 2 prepare for SAT. trust me on dat.
I hav a very strong recommendation and a very good highskool record. i cannot explain it, but i was top 10% and my extra-curriculum list is quite impressive.
wat are my chances? can ne1 tell me?
and if my chances seem slim... is there ne other universities sum1 can advise me to?

thanks ^^

I don't know, what do you want to major in? And stop typing like that. You're at a computer, not a cell phone.

I am thinking of majoring in economics or commerce. Towards the finance area, so I was thinking of UVA's McIntire School of Commerce.

However, I am only a freshman at the moment, so I'll apply to transfer as a sophomore, into the Arts and Science.

^ Why did you change your typing because someone told you to? You can't be a pushover like that. It's really none of blue's business how you type.

3.66 out of 4.3 is equivalent to 3.41 out of 4.0

McIntire is competitive....your chances are good... GO FOR UVA!

ooppsss sorry....
I think the universities will recalculate your GPA out of 4.0 simply...they will count your A+ grades as a 4.0...

Yea, it's none of my business, but it's a serious pet peeve of mine when people type on a full sized keyboard like they are using a cell phone.

Regardless, good luck. UVA has great academics, though the students are insanely snobby.

Yeah...I can't stand it either...but still...

Thanks you guys~~ i really appreciate your advice and comments.
hopefully, luck is on my side haha.
I am still open for more advice if anybody has more~ thanx
