Transfer Chances

So I know it's really difficult to transfer to Harvard, and I'm not really sure if I want to yet, but I just want some advice on my chances.
I'm a second year at UC Berkeley, my freshman gpa was not my best, a 3.2. I really plan to raise that this semester. I do have some EC's but not any research positions or something really impressive like that. My weighted HS gpa was about 4.7 and my SAT was a 2260, ACT a 32. I would be ecstatic if I got in, the reason I'm hesitating to apply is I'm worried about wasting all that time and not getting in.

THANKS!
