<p>How hard it to transfer from Notre Dame to the University of Southern California or UCLA. I was admitted to USC and UCLA?</p>
<p>USC seems to be the easier of the two, especially if your major is under the Arts and Sciences (Dornsife) jurisdiction.</p>
<p>@Catria I’m studying biology at ND. I haven’t started school at ND, but I fear the weather and distance away from home (I’m from Southern California) would be too much for me to handle at age 18.</p>
<p>Yeesh… you JUST accepted ND’s offer and you’re already regretting it? That sucks 
Give it a year before you try to transfer – you have no idea whether or not you’ll like life at ND, and from what I’ve heard, a lot of California–>elsewhere college kids who worry about weather, distance, social life, etc. find that it’s really not that big of a problem.</p>
<p>Give your school a chance before you start trying to get out of it, really!</p>
<p>Oh no I’m ecstatic to have the opportunity to attend ND! I picked it over 30 other universities. It’s just I have no idea how overwhelming the change from California to South Bend will be.</p>
