Transfer Chances

Hey, I'm a freshman at Tufts, and I'm thinking about transferring (various personal reasons. Just FYI, Tufts is a great school, but it's just not me). My choices I'm considering are:

-Dartmouth (Legacy, figure I'd give it a shot, but not counting on it)
-UC Berkeley
-Northwestern
-WUSTL

My GPA after this semester will most likely be either a 3.67-3.7.

If my college choices seem to lofty, can anyone suggest some good computer science schools that are transfer friendly? (However, I would rather not go to a school with the word "tech" or some other variation in it i.e. RPI, WPI, Georgia Tech, ect)
Be honest, but gentle

Carnegie Mellon

PS: Why would you transfer to WUSTL for comp sci?
