Transfer Chances?

Hi, I’m a freshman at UCLA looking to transfer to a couple of schools, and just wanted some input into my application and my chances of getting into certain schools:

Georgetown
Columbia (was accepted as a first-year applicant)
UPenn
NYU

The only one I’m dead-set on applying to right now is Georgetown, but I’m really interested in the others, it’s just that I don’t want to get my hopes up right now if my chances are too low (and since transfer acceptance rates are already abysmally low, I want to be realistic).

College GPA: 4.0
College ECs: Newspaper, Theatre, Linguistics Society (planning on getting a little more involved next quarter)
High School GPA: 3.96 UW, 4.43 W
SAT: 2160 (CR: 690 M: 710 W: 760)
ACT: 32
High school ECs: Red Cross Club Vice President, Newspaper, Theatre, Academic Decathlon, Mathletes, Visual Arts Program, Journalism Internship, National Honors Society

Transfer acceptance rates are already abysmally low, so you need to be realistic. Complete your applications, and see what happens.

If you don’t get in anywhere else, will you be happy to continue at UCLA? If the real issue is that you hate UCLA, then you need a safety on your list that you do like, or a plan for a gap year while you come up with a new list.
