Transfer Chances

I'm looking to transfer from my college to Chapel Hill.

SAT-1410, 730CR, 680M, 620W
APs-European History, 5; English Lit, 4; US History, 5; Chemistry, 2
HS Rank: 12/209
Out of State
College GPA: 3.625(Average GPA at my school is around 2.9)
Classes: I already took most of the classes recommended by UNC for transfer, such as Math, English, and most of the foreign language requirements

Any thoughts?

what school....that matters. A 3.625 from a community college is different from a top public school

My son and a friend are applying for transfers with similar stats

Actually, from what I have heard, the GPA is a GPA whether it is from a 4 year university or a community college. Also, at the transfer stage, the in state/out of state thing is not a consideration, because they no longer need to fill certain quotas. Sorry if that was not really helpful, but I felt I should share what I had heard.
I am also applying as a transfer.
