I'm not even sure if I want to transfer, but I just want to see if it's even worth it.

I go to a top 15 (10-15 range) school that is known for its serious grade deflation. My high school record is very good with solid recs + excellent ECs + excellent gpa (most rigorous curric) + mediocre SAT scores (30th-40th percentile overall).

I know the avg gpa here for engineering is 2.7 and for arts and science is a 3.3. I think I can maintain a 3.0...and hopefully i can get a 3.4-3.5ish.

Current Major: EE/Econ/Applied Math - a mix of the 3 haven't declared

What would be my chances for similar schools like Northwestern, Chicago, Penn, NYU, Michigan, Columbia, Cornell, MIT, Harvard for Economics and maybe Applied Math or Stats?
